18th Annual CCRC 5k Run/Walk/BBQ

Dear Friend,

 

We are excited to announce that on May 10, 2025, CCRC will hold our 18th Annual 5k Run/Walk/BBQ and

1k Kids’ Race event in Clifton Park, New York. This is a community-oriented, family-friendly event offering healthy activities and time to enjoy delicious food together during the beautiful spring season. This year we are excited to once again support Camp Under the Woods in Queensbury, NY.  Net proceeds from our event will go to support their summer camp programs working with children with special needs.

 

Our events are well attended and take place in full view of busy Route 146. We attract around 100 athletes to the 5k Run/Walk, 30 volunteers, 40 children (doing a 1k Fun Run), many spectators and over 200 people of all ages to the BBQ, both from our church and the wider Clifton Park Community. 

To make the CCRC 5k Run/Walk/BBQ possible, we are reaching out to local businesses and organizations for financial support. Please consider joining us to support the event in the following ways:

            o Donating small amount gift cards from local business, everyone goes home with a drawing prize.

            o Participation by you and/or your employees

            o Financial sponsorships:

                        ? $250: Banner (provided by sponsor) displayed at the Start/Finish; Company logo and                               name on the t-shirt and special announcements at the start and during the BBQ

                        ? $100: Company logo and name on the t-shirt

                        ?  $50: Company name on the t-shirt

 

                               All qualifying sponsors will be listed on our T-shirts!
